How to Join the Hampden County Honorary Deputy Sheriffs Association
Becoming a member is a simple process that allows community members to actively support public safety initiatives throughout Hampden County. Follow the steps below to apply.
Complete the Membership Application and CORI Form
Submit both the Membership Application and the Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) form.

Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive notification along with any required additional paperwork.Submit Your Membership Payment
Include a $60 membership payment with the additional paperwork you received.Receive Your Official Credentials
After final approval, you will receive your commission papers, identification card, and vehicle decal as an official Hampden County Sheriff’s Department Ambassador.Mail All Materials To:
